Clubs - in no particular order!
Exit A14 onto A11. Take the first 'Cambridge' exit off A11. At round-a-bout
turn right (3rd exit). Follow round for 2/3 miles. At next round-a-bout turn
left (1st exit). Follow road for 1 mile over a rail crossing. Turn Right at
traffic lights. Follow road for 1 mile the ground entrance is on your left
opposite Scottsdale's Garden Centre. MAP

Planning your route
Gatehouse Lane is situated on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, at North Wooton.
Take the A14 towards Bury St Edmunds. |
From the east, take the first slip road for Bury St Edmunds. |
From the west take the third slip road for Bury St Edmunds. |
At the roundabout follow the A134 towards the town centre. |
Follow the same road over the next roundabout after which you will see a petrol station. |
The entrance to the rugby ground is on the right immediately after the petrol station. |
You cannot enter the ground while heading into town. |
You need to go to the next roundabout, go all the way around it, head back towards the A14 and then turn left into the ground just before the petrol station |
From Bury St Eds
A134 to Sudbury, left at first roundabout in Sudbury following A134, straight over next 4 roundabouts follow road beside housing and take 10th Right into Canhams Road (signposted Sudbury RFC). Pass Great Cornard Upper School on left and next left is Rugby Road, club house at the end.
From Colchester/Ipswich

From A14 Eastbound (From Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and M11)
From Bury St Edmunds stay on the Eastbound A14 towards Ipswich. After travelling through the 50mph zone (there are 2 speed cameras situated on this stretch) take the first exit for Stowmarket.
At the bottom of the road off the A14 turn right at the roundabout as if you are heading back onto the Westbound carraigeway of the A14. Half way up this sliproad turn left into Chilton Way (large housing estate).
At the top of the hill you will see Chilton Fields and the rugbyposts on your righthand side. Enter into the Club carpark.
From M11
Continue north along the M11, this then becomes the A14. Continue for about 7 miles along the A14 until you reach Junction 26 (A1096 / B1040) which is signposted St Ives. Branch left then turn left (A1096) to cross the Road Bridge. Continue along this road and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit. Continue along this road and you will cross the River Great Ouse and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit. Continue along this road and after about 0.5 of a mile you will come to a double roundabout, at the first take the 1st exit and at the second take the 2nd exit (Q8 Garage is now on your left hand side). Continue long this road for about 1 mile and you will come to the another roundabout, take the 2nd exit, which will take you up a slight hill, continue for about 0.5 of a mile and the Club House is on your left hand side.
